We facilitate a 12-week tertiary internship programme for access and disabled citizens.
By engaging with our programme, you will be playing a significant role in a young access citizen’s professional development and future career prospects.
What we offer is much more than just an internship programme – your business will benefit from the additional support and coaching offered by Be. to candidates to ensure that they are set up for success, and we’ll support you to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.
This is a 12-week placement for tertiary students living with access needs, disabilities, health or mental health conditions, supported by the Ministry of Social Development, to provide the opportunity and platform for them to launch their careers.
Candidates must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents in their penultimate or final year of study, or within 12 months of finishing.
